Plaza Tire Service in Conway, AR is hiring a Junior Automotive Technician to perform basic diagnostic and repair work, including oil changes, tire services, brakes, and alignments.

The role requires hands-on skills, the ability to use computerized diagnostic tools, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay ($20-$27/hour), benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a trusted Midwest-based network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous automotive technician experience.
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of computerized equipment for diagnostics.
• Current, valid Driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State Inspector License (in applicable locations) preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic mechanical repairs based on level of experience.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes, fluid changes and power flushes and other basic services.
• Documents vehicle condition using the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections (where applicable) following guidelines.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports concerns.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends; other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
