Genesis of Smithtown is looking for an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles at our Smithtown facility. You will use advanced diagnostics and follow Subaru guidelines for maintenance while ensuring high quality service.

Qualifications

• Looking for B and C level technician experience, preferably with Genesis and/or Hyundai brands.
• Strong teamwork skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on Subaru vehicles.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and recommend repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections per Subaru guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on technical information and participate in training and certification programs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors about repairs, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
