Audi New Orleans, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to repair and maintain vehicles per dealer and factory standards. You may supervise apprentices and participate in factory training while ensuring quality service in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• High CSI is required for customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASE or manufacturing training is preferred.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and assign to stall.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed items.
• Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicle and advise on additional work if needed.
• Road-test vehicles or refer to test technician as required.
• Supervise any apprentice technicians and attend factory trainings.
