Job summary

Rosen Automotive Group in Madison, WI is hiring automotive technicians of all skill levels to join our new-car dealership team. Whether you're an experienced technician or ready to grow your skills, we offer training, tools, and support to help you move forward. What You'll Earn: $27-$50 per flat-rate hour, based on experience and certifications.

Production bonus of $1-$5 per hour retroactive to the first hour worked during the pay period. Five day work week.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and advanced diagnostic work.
• Use factory tools, technology, and repair procedures.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members.
• Deliver quality work that keeps customers safe and coming back.
