Job summary

RK Motors in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule. This hourly role offers $28–$40/hour with weekly pay, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

You’ll work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in a collaborative shop where experienced techs have room to work independently. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO based on tenure, training reimbursement, and tool/education support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong B-Level or A-Level automotive repair skills.
• Intermediate to advanced diagnostic ability.
• Experience with drivability, electrical, maintenance, and suspension work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot emissions and vehicle communication issues.
• Complete general automotive repairs, maintenance, and suspension work.
• Inspect vehicles and document findings.
• Perform R&R and undercarriage repairs.
• Work with the Service Advisor and owner to communicate repair findings.
