Job summary

Bergstrom Mazda of Green Bay is seeking an Automotive Technician to join Wisconsin’s largest dealership family. The role involves basic maintenance, inspections, and collaboration with seasoned technicians to ensure safe, reliable vehicles for guests.

We offer training progression and competitive benefits, with a $50,000+ earning potential based on experience and productivity. Flat-rate pay after training and a path from apprentice to lead roles.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed or in progress.
• ASE certification or equivalent required; manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as automotive technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
• Assist with minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Test and evaluate vehicle functionality, documenting findings for service records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace per safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to deliver excellent guest service.
