Rosen Automotive Group in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. You will perform repairs and diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical and other systems, test components, and communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional services needed.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $35–$42 per hour, warranty work, 35‑hour guarantee for one year, medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid holidays and vacation, paid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and dealership policy adherence.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair engine, transmission, electrical systems and brakes.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
