Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Mechanic for our Columbia, SC service center. You will inspect, diagnose and perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, shocks, and tires, while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience or equivalent training, be legally eligible to work in the U.S., and bring a personal toolbox. ASE certifications and state inspections are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive services.
• Complete state inspections and routine maintenance.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks and tire related work.
