Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Greenville, SC area is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar services including brakes, suspensions, oil changes, and tire work, and you may complete state inspections.

Our team offers weekly pay with incentives and comprehensive benefits; opportunities for growth are available. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience and own a toolbox; ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Extensive toolbox of personal tools required for undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform a wide variety of automotive services.
• Conduct undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, and tires.
• Complete state-mandated vehicle inspections and routine maintenance such as oil changes and fluid checks.
• Lift, move and handle components weighing over 50 pounds as needed.
