Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics for our service centers in the Aiken, SC area. You will diagnose, inspect, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, shocks, tires, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or equivalent education/training
• Must possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services
• Carry out undercar repairs such as brakes, suspensions, and exhaust components
• Perform state-mmandated inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and tire services
• Lift and maneuver vehicles and use equipment safely
