Job summary

Beaman GMC is seeking a GM Master Technician to join our high-volume service team in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility. Earn $50-$60 per hour with a flat-rate structure and production bonuses based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current or previous GM Master Technician Certification.
• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to efficiently produce high-quality flat-rate hours.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Performing advanced diagnostics on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
• Utilizing GM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Completing customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Assisting with difficult diagnostic cases and supporting fellow technicians
• Communicating repair recommendations and vehicle conditions with Service Advisors
• Maintaining high productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship
• Participating in ongoing GM manufacturer training and certification programs
• Staying current on technical service bulletins and emerging vehicle technologies
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What You'll Do
