As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will:

• Professionally inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services
• Deliver an excellent guest experience
• Mentor and learn about new automotive technologies

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems like brakes, suspension, engine performance, AC, coolant systems
• Stay informed of automotive technology through formal training
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• At least three years of automotive repair experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension
• A5 Certification in Brakes
• State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and applications
• Use of tools and product knowledge to recommend solutions to guests
