Monro, Inc. is seeking a General Service Technician to perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance per company standards and manufacturer specs. The role is hourly, either full-time or part-time, emphasizing clear communication of issues and solutions to guests.

Responsibilities include tire services, oil changes, inspections, inventory support, safety compliance, and test drives in accordance with policy. We value teamwork, guest relations, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or equivalent experience in basic car maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs per Monro standards.
• Tire services: wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, mounting, and TPMS service.
• Oil changes and basic maintenance such as bulb, wiper blade, and filter replacements.
• Complete Monro Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle and communicate additional needed services.
• Assist inventory management: pulling tires and stocking inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition per Monro standards.
• Follow safety standards including wheel torque and oil safety procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per policy while observing traffic and safety laws.
