Job summary

Gipson's Tire & Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. You will perform tire installation, brakes, alignments, engine diagnostics and routine maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will test drive vehicles, document findings, and maintain shop safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Valid US work authorization preferred; own tools required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in automotive maintenance or repair.
• Must have own tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance and repairs with quality and timeliness.
• Test drives before and after repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
• Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid flushes and part replacements.
• Document findings from visual inspections accurately.
• Maintain shop equipment cleanliness and functionality; handle fluids per protocols.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and service team to deliver customer satisfaction.
