Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior techs. You will perform routine inspections, assist in repairs, explain procedures to customers, and deliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to obtain ASE certification within two years.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks and safety practices.
• Driver’s license required at all times.
• Basic automotive knowledge: oil changes, inspections, tires.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within the first two years of employment (Tests and registration fees are paid for by the company; technicians receive a bonus for each test passed).
