The candidate will cover line technician services, routine maintenance, brake repairs, tire installation, and diagnostics, with opportunities for training and advancement across technician, sales, and management tracks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
- Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
- Provide clear guest communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior technicians.
- Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues to management; promote teamwork to deliver timely guest care.
