Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an Automotive Technician in its Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will inspect, diagnose and repair tire-related and automotive systems while delivering excellent guest service and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities include line service, diagnostics, and documenting repair orders. Training and career advancement are available as part of Goodyear's development programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repairs experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED; ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and diagnostics.
• Repair tires and perform automotive services as needed.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate results.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Prioritize safety and follow company policies.
