Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Technician for Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair tire and automotive systems while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repairs experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and full automotive troubleshooting.
• Brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, A/C, and power-train systems work and road tests.
• Mentor junior technicians and document all work performed on the repair order.
• Promote teamwork and communicate clearly with guests to ensure quality service.
• Follow safety policies and maintain vehicle care standards.
