Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues using mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service and supporting maintenance tasks.

Starting pay ranges from 19.00 to 24.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, and wheel alignments.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain guest satisfaction.
