Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers, using a mechanical aptitude to diagnose issues while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brakes and maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance.
• Diagnose systems, perform brake repairs and tire work.
• Complete wheel alignments and tire installations.
• Provide clear guest communication and guidance.
• Document all work and report safety issues.
• Maintain teamwork and adhere to policy during operating hours.
