Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will diagnose technical issues using a mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with competitive base pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement, and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians and deliver excellent guest service.
• Maintain adherence to Company safety policies and procedures.
