Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will diagnose issues using mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service, with opportunities for fast track career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostic checks and brake repairs.
• Provide clear communication and guest vehicle updates; mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and adhere to safety policies.
• Promote teamwork to ensure timely guest care during operating hours.
