Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician in Mesa to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, perform routine maintenance, and service tires and brakes. The role emphasizes hands-on learning and mentorship in a fast-paced Goodyear Auto Service center.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

Perform line technician services and routine inspections/maintenance.
Diagnostics and problem-solving on vehicle systems.
Brakes, fluid flushes, alignments, and tire installation.
Provide guest service with clear vehicle communication; mentor juniors.
Document all work on the repair order.
Report safety issues immediately to management.
Assist with lifting tires and wheels; follow safety policies.
