Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluids, and filter changes per guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical issues with diagnostic tools.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Complete repairs and service orders accurately, documenting parts used.
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Explain repair recommendations and cost estimates to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
• Stay informed about current automotive tech and manufacturer updates through training.
• Follow warranty, recalls, and service campaign guidelines.
• Collaborate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion.
