Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and service orders accurately, documenting parts used.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements, according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services to customers.
• Complete repairs and service orders efficiently and accurately, documenting work performed and parts used in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper operation and identify any additional issues.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service bays, to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Stay informed about current automotive technology, diagnostic techniques, and manufacturer updates through training and continuing education.
