Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service department in a fast-paced, dealer-style environment. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency, while interfacing with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of automotive technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–7 years automotive technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flat-rate environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Complete work efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
Communicate findings and recommended repairs with service advisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and training.
