Job summary

Hyundai Motor America is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service department in a fast-paced, dealer-style environment. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency, while interfacing with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of automotive technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of theautomobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the developmentof other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in variouscapacities.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
