Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, while delivering top-quality workmanship in a climate-controlled service environment.

The role offers manufacturer training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for career advancement within a high-volume service department. Candidates with Mercedes-Benz or luxury dealership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems.
• Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work.
