Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, while delivering top-quality workmanship in a climate-controlled service environment.

The role offers manufacturer training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for career advancement within a high-volume service department. Candidates with Mercedes-Benz or luxury dealership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards.
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems.
Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors.
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components.
Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work.
