Job summary

Lexus of Sacramento is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Lexus and Toyota vehicles. The role offers flat-rate pay and a flexible schedule to support dealership operations and customer demand.

You will work with factory diagnostic equipment, participate in ongoing manufacturer training, and contribute to a safe, efficient service area while earning competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lexus or Toyota dealership technician experience.
• Current Lexus or Toyota certifications.
• ASE certifications or progress toward additional ASE certifications.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturer service information and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to producing quality work that meets manufacturer standards.
• Interest in continued training and skill development.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Lexus and Toyota vehicles.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Use factory diagnostic equipment and service information to identify vehicle concerns.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document recommendations.
• Perform engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspension, and brake repairs as assigned.
• Communicate repair recommendations through repair orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
