BRAM Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician for our Lexus and Toyota of Manhattan dealerships in New York, NY. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring quality service in a clean, modern shop.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in a dealership setting, NYS inspection license, and preferably Toyota/Lexus experience. Competitive pay, weekly productivity bonus, comprehensive benefits, and factory training are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of technician experience, dealership preferred.
• Engine, transmission, suspension, and diagnostics experience required.
• Toyota/Lexus technician experience preferred.
• MUST HAVE NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION LICENSE
• ASE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED; CDK & Dealer Daily familiarity a plus

We are looking for an experienced (A/B), Automotive Service Technician for our Lexus& Toyota of Manhattan Dealerships!

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Examines the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required and then notifies service advisor
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and proper lubrication of a car's suspension system and other moving parts.
• Responsible for documenting all work performed
• Road-tests vehicles when required Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Ensures cleanliness of all customers vehicles
• Keeps shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools
• Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Complies with factory and state requirements for technical certifications
• Attends factory-sponsored training classes as required

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5+ previous Technician experience (dealership preferred)
• Engine (Repair, Swap, Build), Transmission, Suspension, Diagnostics experience
• Toyota/Lexus Technician experience preferred
• MUST HAVE NEW YORK STATE INSPECTON LICENSE
• ASE CERTIFIED PREFERRED
• CDK & Dealer Daily experience a plus
