Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Technician in Live Oak, AL to perform routine and advanced maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure vehicles are operating safely while delivering superior customer service. You will apply repair knowledge, work with a team, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

We require at least 2 years of professional automotive experience, your own toolbox, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ automotive service/repair experience in a professional setting.
ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
Must have Technician Tools.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Top-notch customer service skills with a focus on building trust with customers.
Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to maintenance and repair tasks.
Provide high-quality service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
Perform skilled mechanical work, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot.
Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts; perform preventative maintenance.
