Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technician to inspect, diagnose and repair tire and automotive services while delivering excellent customer service. You will explain findings to customers and coworkers, stay updated with evolving automotive tech, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of automotive diagnostic, problem-solving and repair experience.
• Two ASE certifications (A4 Steering & Suspension, A5 Brakes) preferred.
• 609 certification preferred.
• State Inspection license preferred if applicable.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, cooling, suspension and alignment; perform all maintenance services.
• Perform duties of lower roles (Mechanic and General Service Technician).
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers as needed.
• Continuously learn new automotive technology through formal training sessions.
• Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop; adhere to safety and environmental rules.
