Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Technician in the Pittsburgh area to inspect, diagnose, and repair tire and automotive services while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires explaining technical issues to customers and co-workers and staying updated with evolving automotive technology.

The position emphasizes mentoring teammates, maintaining a clean, safe shop, and adhering to company policies. Availability for varied shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of strong automotive repair experience.
• 2+ ASE certifications are preferred (A4/A5).
• Section 609 certification preferred.
• State Inspection license if applicable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Ability to work days/evenings/holidays/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems to specifications (brake/hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, cooling, suspension, alignment).
• Perform maintenance services and support junior technicians.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers.
• Continuously learn new automotive technology in formal training.
