Job summary

The Niello Company is seeking a skilled Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles across multiple makes and models. You will work under supervision to complete repairs, test drives, and ensure quality workmanship in a busy automotive service environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but all skills/experience levels welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a skilled-level Technician who can diagnose and repair in all areas and model types, with specialization in certain areas.
• Completes work assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Diagnoses cause of malfunction and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
• Road test the vehicle when required.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
