DAVIS AND LAWSON VENTURES LLC DBA CHARLESTON AUTO REPAIR is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our independent Napa Auto Care shop. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, operate the shop's computer software, and perform extensive system inspections.

If you have a “never give up” attitude and like problem-solving for customers, we want to hear from you. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and contributing to service center procedures for tracking repairs

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or automotive service training preferred.
ASE or SAE certification preferred.
Strong customer service and communications skills required.

Responsibilities

Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
Assist with service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
Perform routine maintenance: tire rotations, oil changes, brake pad replacements.
Conduct comprehensive inspections of engine, transmission, brakes and other systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Explain repair information clearly to customers.
