Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (B Level) in Burlington, MA. You will perform routine repairs, diagnose issues, and support driving guests with exceptional service.

The role emphasizes safety, certifications, and ongoing training within a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Responsibilities include multi-point inspections, documentation, and teamwork with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Must have great technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and diagnosis on customer vehicles.
• Document work performed and time on the repair order.
• Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.
• Road test to verify repairs were completed.
• Complete warranty repair orders and file warranty claims.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition.
