The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As an Automotive Technician at one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, you will:

• Professionally inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services while delivering excellent guest experience
• Have opportunities to mentor and learn about new automotive technologies
• Work successfully in a team environment

What Our Automotive Technicians Do:

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care
• Maintain standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping; use protective equipment when operating machinery and tools
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Must have three years of automotive repair experience, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications: ASE A4 (Steering and Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) Certifications, state inspection licenses, and MAC certification
