Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 7919 Silicon Heights, Colorado Springs, CO 80939

Job Overview: We are looking for energetic, upbeat Technicians / Mechanics with a positive attitude who seek solutions to tough problems with a passion for doing right by our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests
• Build experience across a range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work effectively as part of a team to troubleshoot concerns
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
• Communicate effectively with the service department and guests
• Collaborate with other Technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and guest service orientation
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Willingness to learn additional skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Long-term career focus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles above head
• Work in tight spaces
• Dexterity for hand tools
• Walk/stand most of the day
