Job summary

Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spanish Fork is seeking a full-time automotive service technician. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing multi-point inspections, and coordinating with service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Properly document the cause and correction in our DMS
• Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results
• Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
• Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures
