Jiffy Lube International seeks an Automotive Technician to perform comprehensive brake servicing, diagnostics, and routine maintenance in our Pflugerville service center. You will assist guests, provide precise estimates, and ensure vehicles are serviced to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with brake systems and general automotive diagnostics required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive trade school preferred.
• AsE certifications in brakes and engine performance are highly desirable.
• Proficiency using automotive parts catalogs and shop software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform brake servicing, including components replacement and brake flushes when needed.
• Diagnose braking and related vehicle issues and communicate findings clearly to guests.
• Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized for efficient service.
• Provide accurate parts and labor estimates using our shop systems.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to verify quality.
• Support guest care with professional communication and timely service.
