Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive experience.
• 1–2 years on brake systems.
• ASE certifications in brakes and related areas preferred.
• Automotive trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center workstation is clean and presentable.
• Must perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacement of braking components and full brake flushes.
• Diagnose and pinpoint issues in braking system and related components.
• Diagnose engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, heating & AC problems.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to ensure work meets standards.
• Secondary duties may include lubrication, fuel services, tire rotations and related tasks.
