Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Automotive Technician in Pennsylvania to service guest vehicles with high quality workmanship. You will complete brake-related tasks, perform diverse mechanical services, and participate in comprehensive training programs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest communication, and maintaining a clean work area. A strong background in brakes and ASE credentials is preferred, with full-time hours and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience.
• 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems.
• Provide Training and Supervision to the Store's Apprentice Teammate.
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in A5 - Brakes Certification.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Automotive trade school degree a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center workstation is clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service including replacing all braking components and full brake flushes.
• Diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking system and repair as needed.
• Diagnose issues in Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating and AC systems.
• Use computer systems to provide estimates for parts and labor (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA).
• Road-test vehicles before/after to ensure work is up to standard.
• Secondary duties may include lubrication services and tires/gearbox service.
