The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Lenexa, KS is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose issues and provide outstanding service in our Auto Service center. You will gain hands-on experience with brakes, alignments, and preventive maintenance while delivering guest-focused care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and tire installation.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication and assist junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Promote teamwork to meet operating hours and deliver accurate guest care.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
