Role Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services professionally
• Mentor and learn about new automotive technologies
• Deliver excellent guest experiences in a team environment

Key Duties:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose automotive problems
• Inspect and repair systems such as brakes, suspension, engine, and air conditioning
• Engage in continuous learning through formal training
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Three years of automotive repair experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE A4 and A5 certifications, state inspection licenses, or MAC certification

Additional Considerations:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to use diagnostic technology and tools
• Ability to support guest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
