Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a BMW Technician to join the team at Wyoming Valley BMW. The Service Technician/Mechanic will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty through trust and confidence in Napleton.

The role offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and advancement within a national dealer network. A valid driver's license is required, and ASE certification is preferred for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to interact with customers and teammates.
• Strong communication skills for clear dialogue with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.
• ASE certification preferred but not required; demonstrates expertise in repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealer and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including customers and staff.
• Keep up-to-date with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located atWyoming Valley BMW, theService Technician/Mechanicwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Valid State Safety & State Emissions -required
• ASE certification- preferred
• Excellent customer service-required
• Strong communication skills-required
• Valid Driver’s License-required
