Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a Honda/Acura certified capable automotive technician in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset with a flat rate work model.

The successful candidate will handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work at our busy Honda store, contribute to high service standards, and support a growing team across our Lancaster-area locations.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a B level automotive technician with problem solving skills.
• Acura/Honda certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discuss repair requirements.
• Test drives vehicles and uses diagnostic equipment to test components and systems.
• Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings for repairs.
• Tests and adjusts repaired systems to meet performance specs and safe operation.
• Estimates the cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.
• Collaborates with the service team to provide excellent service.
• Performs routine maintenance such as oil changes and tune ups per checklists.
• Prepare or perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
