Job summary

Acura of Milford, a member of the Lorensen Auto Group, is seeking Master Technician and A & B level technicians to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work in a newly expanded and renovated facility with unlimited income potential.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented technician with effective communication.
• Willingness to submit to drug screen and background check.
• Valid and clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently following dealership procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, etc.
• Stay up to date on factory training and execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Stay up to date on all available factory training.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• "Fix it right the first time."
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager regarding recommended repairs.
• Maintain skill levels.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
• Preference for Honda or Acura experience, but all candidates will be considered.

Requirements
