Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a B level automotive technician with strong problem-solving abilities for our busy Honda store in Massachusetts. Acura/Honda certification is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and a dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• B level automotive technician with problem-solving skills.
• Acura/Honda certification preferred.
• Flat rate work environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and discuss repair requirements.
• Test drives vehicles and tests components using infrared analyzers, compression gauges and diagnostic devices.
• Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings to ensure repairs.
• Tests and tunes repaired systems to meet performance specs and ensure safe operation.
• Estimates cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.
• Collaborates with service team to provide excellent service.
• Performs routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
• Prepare or perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
