Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join its service team. You will learn and perform vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance under supervision in a fast-paced shop environment, with opportunities to advance and certify.

The role offers a guaranteed pay range with a flat-rate system and a $1500 sign-on bonus split as $750 after 30 days and $750 after 90 days, plus benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and tire repair knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (company covers tests/fees).
